Injections

 

IVF CYCLE / OOCYTE CRYOPRESERVATION CYCLE INJECTIONS

What’s included: 

  • Nursing intake and review of clinic medication instructions
  • Medication teaching
  • Injection(s)

Fee for injection(s) single visit: $185.00 +travel & HST

Package fee for injection(s); duration of the cycle (10 evening visits): $1600.00 +travel & HST 

**Should the cycle exceed more than 10 evening visits an additional charge of $110.00 per visit +travel & HST will be invoiced

** Should your cycle require morning visits an additional charge of $110.00 per visit +travel & HST will be invoiced

 

PROGESTERONE INJECTIONS

What’s included: 

  • Nursing intake and review of clinic medication instructions
  • Medication teaching
  • Injection(s)

Fee for injection(s) single visit: $185.00 +travel & HST

Package fee for progesterone injection(s) from start of progesterone supplementation to BHCG (pregnancy blood test) $140.00 per day +travel & HST, calculated as per individual clinical protocol.

 

INJECTIONS: VIRTUAL SUPPORT

What's included:

  • Scheduled appointment(s) to review medication instructions and landmarking
  • Online support while reconstituting (mixing) medications and administration
  • Any questions will be addressed

Fee for virtual appointment(s): $60.00 per 30mins

Additional Support Services

One on One Support for Self IVF

What’s included:

  • Nursing intake and review
  • Review of clinic expectations, responsibilities, consent forms and witness signature (if required)
  • Medication teaching*
  • Cycle support**
  • Follow up

Fee: $1300.00 +travel & HST

Third Party IVF

What’s included:

  • Nursing intake and review for parties involved in cycle
  • Review of clinic expectations, responsibilities, consent forms, and witness signature (if required)
  • Medication teaching*
  • Cycle support**
  • Follow up

Fee: $1900.00 +travel & HST

FROZEN EMBRYO TRANSFER TO SELF

What’s included:

  • Nursing intake and review
  • Review of clinic expectations/ responsibilities, clinic consent forms and witness signature (if needed)
  • Medication teaching*
  • Cycle support **
  • Follow up

Fee: $800.00 +travel & HST

FROZEN EMBRYO TRANSFER TO SURROGATE

What’s included:

  • Nursing intake and review for  client & surrogate
  • Review of clinic expectations and responsibilities, clinic consent forms and witness signature (if needed)
  • Medication  teaching*
  • Cycle support for client & surrogate**
  • Follow up

Fee: $1300.00 +travel & HST

*Medication teaching does not include injections

**Cycle support from day 1 of instructions/protocol until trigger injection(s) or pregnancy test date (dependent on cycle type)

All fees are due 24 hours prior to  your appointment if paying by: electronic money transfer or certified cheque. If paying by cash or credit card; fees are due at the time services are rendered.
